Cu...A sinus infection can seriously kick one's ass. Cut yourself some slack every now and then.<br /><br />There's a great story about a cyclist who wasn't feeling the cycling love. Every day, he'd get up and change and if he biked for 5mins and still felt like stopping, he would (and sometimes did). After that season of the odd dropped workout, legend is that he went to the Olympics and did rather well.
