This is great info Lauren. I am a runner and triathlete who get's a little confused with all the info on nutrition and supplementation out there! Do you have any suggestions for nutrition or diet. Do you follow any specific system with regard to timing of carbs and proteins through out the day?
I had planned to get down there before 5 on Saturday, but due to traffic I arrived in Victoria late and couldn't make it. Ugh. Hopefully there will be another opportunity to receive free samples!
